    01The problem

Another agency founder, or the operator brands trust?

Incrementum Digital helps brands scale on Amazon and beyond. CEO Liran Hirschkorn wanted to be seen as the go-to expert in ecommerce, not just another agency founder.

The brief had three goals: position Liran as that expert, make him the face of Incrementum on LinkedIn, and reach decision-makers at DTC brands, Amazon sellers and CPG companies looking for a partner to scale.

    02The approach

Thought leadership, amplified to target accounts

Three content pillars, built around breaking industry news and storytelling:

    1. 01

Industry POVs. Bold takes on where ecommerce and Amazon are headed. One post predicted the Amazon and OpenAI partnership before it was announced.

    2. 02

Ecommerce news. Breaking down marketplace shifts and platform updates so Liran’s audience hears it from him first, like Amazon’s new Reserved Share of Voice feature.

    3. 03

In the Wild. Real brands doing something unexpected on Amazon: a screenshot, a strong point of view and a takeaway. For example, how a $23 dupe outranks Lululemon on its own branded search.

Then a paid layer to put Liran’s content directly in front of Incrementum’s ICP:

    1. 04

Thought Leader Ads. Liran’s best organic posts were promoted into the feeds of ecommerce decision-makers outside his network.

    2. 05

ICP-targeted distribution. Every amplified post was targeted by job title, seniority, company size and industry: DTC founders, Amazon sellers, CPG operators and heads of ecommerce.

    3. 06

Amplify what’s already working. Spend went behind posts that had already proven traction organically. Organic is the test, paid is the scale.

“In the Wild” posts drove the most ICP engagement.
